With over a decade’s worth of experience in multiple facets of the industry: commercial tenant relations, residential property management, representing residential buyers, sellers, and investors—I’ve learned participating in the industry should be both accessible and a deeply gratifying experience. Two-weeks into holding my broker’s license back in 2008, I told my now husband I’d start my own brokerage “someday.” At the height of the covid19 pandemic, with home prices soaring and inventory plummeting, I decided to take the leap. The retail real estate client deserves fairly priced services now more than ever.
FARRAN means “the land” in Gaelic. Incorporating my Irish heritage into my brand keeps me rooted. My sons both have “F” names; my brokerage had to start with “F” to pay homage to my most precious relationships. And of course, “the land” is integral to every real estate transaction. FARRAN is about practicing real estate with intention and sustainability.
